Special arrangements for conference guests have been made with two local hotels, the Hampton Inn Kingston and the Kingston Courtyard by Marriott. Both hotels include breakfast.

Those wishing to reserve at the Hampton Inn may call the Kingston hotel directly at (845)382-2600 to give your arrival date and the group code of LCI (Levy Call In). Alternatively, you may click on the Hampton Inn website and input the dates of arrival/departure. Please use the special code of LCI where indicated to bring one to the hotel webpage with the discounted rate already populated.

Transportation

AirTrain from JFK
Use the AirTrain to the Jamaica Ave. station to connect to subway or Long Island Rail Road service to Penn Station. Take the Amtrak from Penn Station (NYP) to Rhinecliff (RHI). Taxis will be waiting upon train arrival to take you to the Levy Institute (75 Blithewood Ave.).

Private Car Services
You can hire a private car service to meet you at the airport and take you to the Levy Institute. Below are two regional services that make trips between NYC-area airports and Bard College.

Shuttle Service
There will be a Bard shuttle bus picking up conference attendees from the Courtyard Marriott and the Hampton Inn in Kingston on both days of the conference

Shuttle will depart the Levy Institute at 5:30 p.m. to return to the hotels on both days of the event.
 

Substitutions and Cancellations

Substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail. If you have registered and cannot attend, you may send a substitute. A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received by April 12. No refund will be made after that date. In the event that the conference is canceled, the Institute will refund the full conference fee but cannot be responsible for any other costs incurred. If you wish to update or cancel your registration, or assign a substitute, please use the link provided in your initial confirmation e-mail, or you may e-mail [email protected].
