Giorgos Argitis is associate professor of macroeconomics at the University of Athens, Greece, where he teaches macroeconomics, Post Keynesian economics, and international political economy. His research interests include Post Keynesian – Minskyan macroeconomic/monetary theory and policy, and old-institutionalist/evolutionary theory. He has published four books about the Greek economy and is the author/co-author of academic papers that have appeared in the Journal of Post Keynesian Economics, Cambridge Journal of Economics, Review of Political Economy, Contributions to Political Economy, and European Journal of Economics and Economic Policies, among others.
