Hind Jalal’s areas of research include gender and macroeconomics,
international trade, and sector activities. She has authored studies
relating to free trade agreements policy, sector policies, and employment
and social policies. She coauthored a recent publication on investment
«Le Droit de l’Investissement, Désordre normatif
et recherche d’équilibre» (A.Pedone Editions,
France, September 9, 2006) with a contribution on investments and
the Morocco and United States Free Trade Agreement. She has 10 years
of experience in the Moroccan Ministry of Finance and Privatization
(Study Department). She is the coordinator of the gender responsive
budgeting process in the Ministry of Finance and of the gender report
with the Financial Law since 2005. She holds a Ph.D. in law and
economy of development, Nice Sophia Antipolis University, France;
a Certificate of Management from the business school of Al Akhawayn
University, Ifrane, Morocco; and a Certificate of Management from
the Institute of Management and Business Administration ISCAE, Rabat,
Morocco. She is a GEM-IWG member. |
