Naa Anyeley Akofio-Sowah is a citizen of Ghana. She has recently graduated from Clark University with a PhD in Economics. Her fields of specialization are in International Macroeconomics and Applied Econometrics as well as taught Principles of Micro and Macroeconomics at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth as a visiting lecturer, and currently working as an intern in the Executive Board and External Relations Branch of the United Nations Populations Fund.
