Kaushik Ganguly is a researcher with a Non-Profit Organization called Centre for Budget and Governance (CBGA), and is presently working on three broad areas viz. Fiscal Federalism, Gender Responsive Budgeting for HIV/AIDS and Adaptation to Climate Change and related policy issues. His publications include topics on local governance, rural development, fiscal priorities and expenditure management, and issues on adaptation to climate change.
