Alison Vásconez Rodríguez, Economist is a fellow of the PhD Economics of Development program at FLACSO Ecuador, Coordinator of Center for Economic Equality of Women (CIGENERO). Teacher and researcher at FLACSO in MSc Programs of Economics and Gender. Fields of interest: feminist economics, labour economics, social policy and care economy. Member: GEM-LAC group, REMTE (Women transforming economics Network). Main research: labour market and women in Ecuador, care economy and its relations with market economy, structural and horizontal inequalities and growth (PhD thesis in process), economic rights for women. Currently involved in advisory for the National Council for Women (CONAMU) and Planning National Office (SENPLADES), for mainstreaming gender in Planning instruments and agendas.
